About Me
I am a mum to a cute little 3 year old and an eye surgeon.
As much as I enjoyed spending my day and nights with my little one in the initial days, it got exhausting when every night became a sleepless one. I know what it’s like to be up at 2 AM, scrolling for answers, wondering if you’re doing something wrong.
I’m an expert at the challenges that come with returning to work and navigating new care arrangements. Whether your baby is starting daycare or being looked after by a nanny, the transition can bring uncertainty and I’m here to support you through it.
My mission is to support professional parents, especially mothers returning to work, by creating customised & compassionate sleep solutions; that help little ones feel secure and settled even when a parent isn’t always nearby, giving parents the confidence that their baby is sleeping well and flourishing - even without constant presence.
